To become a N2 consultant, you’ll need to successfully complete one of our business or technology programmes. This training will include a six to ten-week training course - focused on developing your technical and collaborative abilities - and take place at one of our Academy locations.
You’ll build up contemporary and highly relevant skills within your chosen area of technical or business-related course; Software Development, DevOps, Testing, Data or Business Analysis.
After building your skills through Academy training, projects and practical learning, you’ll work as a N2 consultant on exciting projects with our clients - crafting real solutions for real problems and introducing fresh ways of thinking to every workplace environment.

ATTRACTION AND ASSESSMENT
Interested in becoming a N2 Consultant? All trainees must first attend a N2 Day at one of our Academy locations, meeting our talent team and learning more about our learning programme. To uncover talent as diverse as our client requirements, our interactive process assessment process evaluates candidates for both technical and collaborative skills.
TRAINING
At the N2 Academy we’ll equip you with the technical and collaborative skills you need to add value to any client team and become a future leader in technology. You’ll join us for six to ten weeks of industry-leading, certified and relevant training, delivered by experts at one of our Academies.
ASSIGNMENT
At the completion of your Academy course you’ll become a member of the N2 Consulting team and we’ll then provide opportunities for you to work on exceptional projects with topflight companies. We now attract, train, deliver and support business and technology professionals for more organisations across the UK and Ireland.
N2 ENGAGEMENT
Throughout training and time on client site, N2 supports the technical progression and personal development of our consultants. We provide ongoing support and mentoring throughout your period of employment with us, including the opportunity to diversify your skillset with additional training and technical support.
